INTRODUCTION
The DVG Automation newly designed "BY" Series incorporates several new design features to pro­vide higher efficiency and cost effective solution. These actuators shows lightweight and compact design but above all introduce a new generation of patented mechanism which minimizes wearing effect on al loaded & sliding parts,thus exten­ ding overall lifespan. These features boost BY Series for all modulating as well as heavy-duty services virtually fitting any quarter turn (90oc) application. Construction and design make this product ideal for FPSO vessel,skid manufacturers and whe­ rever space constraint and overall weight issues may arise

• Quarter turn SCOTCH YOKE Mechanism
• Double Acting
• Symmetric or canted yoke design
• Sweet Gas or Sour Gas supply (H2S<=6% / CO2<=10%) up to 160 BARG
• Output Torque Up to 10.000 Nm
• Gas Over Oil tanks, certified according to International Standard and Customer request
• Hydraulic manual override by means of two separate hand pumps (1 for open and 1 for close)
• Standard temperature range -20°C +85°C, Low temperature version -60°C + 85°C
• PED 97/23/EC Compliant
• ATEX 94/9/EC Compliant
• IP67M, NEMA 4, 4x & 6
• Corrosion resistant cylinder
• Protected travel stops are standard
• Actuator in carbon steel - NO Aluminum NO Cast Iron
• Cylinder barrel, end flanges, tie-rods, nuts and power springs to EN10204 3.1
• Basic control system including Local & Remote control

- torque limiting device
- ESD function for low or high pressure
